The show started with Ram Kapoor and Ronit Roy hosting the show but Jai Bhanushali along with Rashmi Desai and Kavita Kaushik entered the stage and took over the show. The best actress of the year was given to Deepika Singh who plays the role of Sandhya in the serial Diya Aur Baati Hum. The best actor of the year was a tie between Kunal Karan Kapoor who plays Mohan Bhatnagar in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha and Anas Rashid who plays as Suraj in Diya Aur Baati Hum http://youtu.be/qh93EdhMvgU
